I'm a California girl, born and raised in the Sonoma valley. I came here in 1991 with my husband who was born and raised in the area. While I still miss the sunshine sometimes, Kitsap County is my home and I consider myself a Washingtonian at heart.
My first love is health and helping people be healthy and here at Mustard Seed Massage & Bodyworks I strive to help you feel your best! Whether you come in for body maintenance and general health, or if you're trying to overcome an injury I will do everything in my power to help you meet your health and wellness goals.
My second love is gardening, I'm a Master Gardener here in Kitsap County and enjoy working in our community. There are a lot of correlations between being healthy and gardening and I strongly promote both wherever I go.
